Sponsorships

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the 2011 Carolina’s Cash Adventure.  The 2011 conference marks the 27th anniversary of this great conference and more than 200 treasury professionals from the two states, as well as surrounding states, will be joining us for three days of networking and educational opportunities.

Our associations would not be able to sponsor such a quality event without financial support from our financial institutions and various businesses not only located within North and South Carolina but around the county.

Below you will find the levels that were offered for the 2010 conference.  The 2011 levels have not yet been determined.  To review the benefits for each level, click on that level:

Platinum Level -- $2,500 
Gold Level -- $1,500
 
Silver Level -- $750

Once you select the level of sponsorship you are committing to, you will be required to register your commitment via an online registration process (when the 2011 levels have been determined in the fall).  This registration process will allow you to select one of two payment options: 1) mail in a check after registering online; or 2) pay online via credit card at the time of registering.

If you select the credit card option, you will be redirected to the PayPal gateway in order to initiate a secure transaction.  It is not necessary to have a PayPal account.  P-cards are accepted, provided your company recognizes the MCC of PayPal as an approved merchant category. If your credit card payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.  Mailed-in credit card payments will not be accepted due to concerns associated with the PCI Data Security Standard requirements.

If you elect to pay by check, mail a copy of the email you receive when you register, along with a check to the following address:

When registering, indicate your organization's desire to participate as a speaker or not.  Speaking slots are generally identified in late fall/early winter, so an early response is necessary.  Platinum sponsors receive priority in this regards.  Registration prior to January 1 is necessary to be included in the published materials.

If you have been selected to provide a speaker and have questions, please contact the Speaker Coordinator.

When registering you will have to select one of two payment methods. Select "Online payment" if you are paying by credit card at the time of registering; or select "Manual payment" if you will be paying by check.  Unless otherwise requested, your registration confirmation email will serve as your invoice.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPONSORS

All organizations listed on the "Sponsors for 2010" page will be included in the materials and signage at the Conference.  If you have not already paid, please do so ASAP.

You must provide 300 copies of your 8 x 11 slick (or smaller) to be included in the registration package. The slicks must be delivered to the address below before May 1.  If not delivered by that date, the sponsor may have them displayed for pickup at a table at the conference.

If you have any "give-away" items you would like to be included in the registration bag, please provide 300. They may be delivered to the address above before May 14. Otherwise, they may be delivered to the Pavilion beside the Embassy Suites Hotel at Kingston Plantation before 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 16.

Gold and Platinum sponsors desiring to take advantage of the free complimentary conference registration(s) must contact Gerrae' Redd to obtain a code to be used when registering the attendees who will take advantage of this benefit.

Please note that registering to be "sponsor" is not the same as registering to be an "attendee" of the conference. Registering as an attendee is a separate registration process.  So if you have registered your organization as a sponsor, you must still register as an "attendee" of the conference.

If you are listed as a Sponsor for 2010 by virtue of verbally making a commitment, but have not yet registered your commitment "online," please take the time to do so.

If you are a new sponsor, we will need your company's log for the signage. See Logo Instructions from the printer.
