Gold Level Sponsorships

As a Gold level sponsor you would receive the following:
- Sponsor company brochures are included in the “About our Sponsors” section of participant materials distributed at conference.
- Sponsoring company logos appear on signage placed throughout the conference area designating as a Gold sponsor.
- Sponsoring company is recognized at the Monday conference luncheon.
- Sponsoring company may distribute promotional items at a designated table at the conference as well as in the participant bags.
- One paid registration fee to the conference for one member of your organization ($450 value alone). Once you register your sponsorship online, you will receive instructions regarding how to obtain the complimentary registration for one individual.
Regarding Exhibits. Sponsors in the past have indicated they appreciate being a sponsor of a major conference without being required to man an exhibit booth. We'd like for you to enjoy the conference and the beach while you are with us.
If you are a previous year's sponsor, we should already have your logo for inclusion on our recognition materials. If you are a new sponsor, we will need your logo. All sponsors should however provide us a company brochure to included in our registration handout package.
