Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2013 Carolinas Cash Adventure presented by the NCTMA and SCAFP.
Fees are as noted on the site, based upon whether you are a member of one of the associations (NCTMA / SCAFP) or not, and based upon when you register. Fees include the cost of all conference materials and the following meals: light snacks & beverages at Sunday Registration; Lunch Monday & Tuesday; Tuesday Night Reception & dinner.
Guest cost for reception, meals, & Tue Nite Entertainment is $125. It will be collected during the registration process.
Cancelations: Substitutions are welcome if you have registered but cannot attend. A fee of $25 will apply. Cancelations made prior to May 1 will be charged a $75 fee. There will be no refund for any cancelation after May 1.
Do not forget to make your hotel reservations with the Kingston Plantation. The group discount rate is only guaranteed through April 19th, 2013, or while the block of rooms are available. Please see the menu item "Lodging for the Conference." for more information.
