Welcome! On behalf of the North Carolina Treasury Management Association and the South Carolina Association for Financial Professionals, thank you for your interest in the Carolinas Cash Adventure Joint Regional Conference!

We have again chosen The Embassy Suites at Kingston Plantation in Myrtle Beach, SC, as the location for our 2011 conference.  We will have a block of rooms at The Embassy Suites, Condos, and Villas with special conference rates.  The rates for the 2010 conference are shown below.  There could be a slight increase for 2011 so please plan accordingly.

The hotel is NOT ready to receive reservations.  A link for on-line reservations will be provided when they are ready to accept reservations.  A reservation form will also be available.  When the link is made available, it will take you to Kingston Plantation's website for reservations.

When Kingston Plantation is ready to take reservations, please make your reservations quickly.  If the block of rooms fills up, then any rooms that are booked thereafter could be at normal price. Guests of the Condos and Villas will not have access to the daily complimentary breakfast buffet and manager’s reception.

Please pay special attention to the cancelation policy when making reservations for the rooms, villas, or condos so you will know your options.  Accessing the Kingston Reservation site from the Carolinas Cash Adventure website will provide you with the discount pricing.  It is not necessary to enter any type of username, password, promotion code or corporate account number.
